Shelburne's nearby and celebrated Charlotte Lane Cafe' and Gift Shop is open Tuesday through Saturday. On Sunday's Guests are able to celebrate Nova Scotia food traditions at the Inn with these favorites.
A Chef’s Choice Salad made from the freshest local ingredients, draped in a house vinaigrette to offer a crisp beginning to your Cooper’s Inn experience.
6oz Tenderloin Steak served with a tarragon infused garlic butter medallion and an individual serving of silky jus de boeuf. This dish Is paired with a stuffed potato and market choice sautéed vegetables.
Traditional Steamed Lobster Dinner with a 1.25 to 1.5 * pound market lobster steamed to perfection, served classically with Maritime potato salad, melted butter, and an old fashioned oatmeal brown bread roll.
6oz Premium Haddock Braid
draped in a butter and cream reduction infused with thyme. Haddock is a local staple and delicacy in Nova Scotia. Accompanied with a lime, garlic and cilantro rice and market fresh slaw.
Surf ‘N’ Turf features a stuffed lobster tail with a spinach and mushroom premium beef roulade. Gently shadowed with a side of crisp asparagus and carrots.
Ratatouille is a classic French dish composed of thinly sliced zucchini, tomatoes, and eggplant seasoned with fresh grown herbs. This is the perfect Euro-Maritime dish made from local sourced ingredients.

Queen of Puddings is an elegant bread pudding prepared with locally sourced preserves and topped with meringue. Celebrate flavourful reflections of Loyalist times.
Salted Caramel Chocolate Torte is a rich and decadent chocolate torte with a salted caramel drizzle.
Blueberry Grunt with Crème Fraiche is a truly Maritime dessert made with locally grown wild blueberries, a sweet dumpling, and crème fraiche.
Fresh Fruit Picks with Chocolate Trempette
Nova Scotia Rollies and Catering Company in collaboration with The Cooper's Inn have created a menu that fuses the traditions of Loyalist times with today's discerning tastes.
Entree selection must be made in advance, at least 2 days prior to arrival. One sitting at 7PM. BYOB only. No corkage fee.Gluten Free options are available for many dishes. Fixed prix, including gratuities $60 per person plus tax. *Premium 2 lb Lobster {when available} $20 surcharge.
