Personal Chef and Caterer David Connors proudly presents a limited Prix Fixe Menu for  The Cooper’s Inn B&B’s Guests.               Chef Connors trained as both a chef and artist in Toronto, first, advancing his career in the related creative marketing field, winning national and international awards, prior to arriving in Nova Scotia over 3 decades ago. He returned to his love of cooking  and advanced his professional career in several of Halifax' more notable hotels before opening his own well-regarded restaurant-bar.


Success is rooted in his understanding of local tastes and trends. While respecting traditional comfort foods he elevates the tastes to levels you’ll appreciate as beyond the ordinary. His repertoire includes both local and international cuisine.

A simple philosophy; food is meant for entertaining with friends and family. Light, unpretentious, yet not too light.

The Cooper’s Inn is very pleased Chef Connors has agreed to cater this Service for you, our Guests. Advance reservation is required 1-800-688-2011//1-902-875-4656//  7PM Seating.  Dining Room service from  7PM to 9:30PM.


Guests staying at  The Cooper’s Inn B&B on Sunday and Monday evenings have exclusive access to this traditional foods experience.
